Sapa Lake View Hotel, Sapa

My experience at the Sapa Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. Upon arrival, we faced a locked entrance at 6 AM, and the lack of staff meant there were no meals available on our first day. The room had some issues, including a chipped cup and a rusty kettle, and we struggled with a lack of hot water during our stay. On a brighter note, the Lakeview Hotel had staff that were incredibly warm and inviting, offering a hotpot dinner with their family on Christmas Eve. The food was delicious and made our time there more special despite the chilly weather.
